Job Title Junior Resident Medical Officer RMO - ICU Department Intensive Care Unit ICU Location Badlapur Only male candidates Night shift Reports To ICU Consultant Senior RMO Medical Superintendent Job Summary The Junior RMO with ICU experience is responsible for providing round-the-clock medical support in the Intensive Care Unit The role involves close monitoring of critically ill patients assisting in medical procedures and ensuring continuity of care under the guidance of senior consultants Key Responsibilities Monitor ICU patients and report clinical changes promptly to senior staff Assist in performing and managing critical care procedures such as intubation central line insertion and ventilator management as per competence and training Review patient charts and progress notes update treatment plans in coordination with consultants Respond immediately to medical emergencies in the ICU and initiate appropriate care Ensure timely documentation of patient records treatments and clinical observations Liaise with nursing staff and allied health professionals to coordinate care Participate in ICU rounds audits and training sessions Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and infection control measures Qualifications and Skills MBBS from a recognized institution mandatory Valid medical registration MCI State Medical Council Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Night shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
