Job Description Position:ETP Contractor (Industrial ETP Operations) Location: Indore Experience Required: 5+ Years in Industrial ETP/STP Management About the Opportunity Human Matrix, a fast-growing name in sustainable textile recycling, is setting up an advancedCloth Recycling Facility in Indore. To support this green initiative, we are looking for an experiencedETP Contractorto manage and operate our Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) with full compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Install ETP units and ensure system readiness Operate the ETP daily following approved process parameters Manage equalization, aeration, chemical dosing & sludge handling Conduct preventive maintenance of pumps, blowers, diffusers, panels & instruments Ensure 247 operational continuity as required Maintain consistent compliance with CPCB/MPCB discharge norms Record daily parameters, chemical usage & operational logs Coordinate internal/external lab testing and maintain reports Submit monthly compliance documentation to client & authorities Implement emergency protocols for spills, overflows & system failures Achieve equipment uptime of>95% Required Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial ETP/STP operations Strong understanding of CPCB/MPCB environmental regulations Expertise in biological, chemical & physical wastewater treatment processes Proven ability to troubleshoot and operate high-capacity ETP systems
