Roles & Responsibilities:

· Lead execution of water & Wastewater treatment projects from start to handover.

· Plan, organize, and oversee all project activities related to procurement, installation and commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plants/ Effluent Treatment Plants/ Reverse Osmosis Plants/ Ultrafiltration Plants and Water Treatment Plants.

· Develop project plans, timelines and cost control measures

· Coordinate with design, procurement and execution teams

· Conduct site evaluations and monitor progress at project locations.

· Manage client interactions and ensure quality & safety compliance

· Drive successful commissioning, documentation and project closure.

Job Description: Design Manager – Water & Wastewater Treatment

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Lead the preparation, review, and approval of process, civil, mechanical, and electrical designs for Sewage Treatment Plants/ Effluent Treatment Plants/ Reverse Osmosis Plants/ Ultrafiltration Plants and Water Treatment Plants.

· Prepare PFD, P&ID, equipment sizing, technical BOQ and cost estimates

· Coordinate with vendors for equipment selection and specifications

· Collaborate with project and execution teams to ensure design compliance

· Support tender documentation and client technical queries

· Drive innovation and improvement in process design

· Perform routine inspection, servicing, and maintenance of pumps, blowers, motors, valves, compressors, and RO systems.

· Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

· Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation faults and ensure timely rectification.

· Coordinate with O&M teams to ensure minimal disruption to plant operations.
