Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Power BI Developer to join our Data and Reporting team. This role will serve as a bridge between business needs and data-driven insights, working closely with global stakeholders to translate complex commercial questions into impactful dashboards and visual stories. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Activities - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand commercial goals, challenges, and data needs. - Support business leaders in identifying and evaluating new analytics opportunities. - Translate business questions into actionable insights using data modelling and visualization techniques. - Clean, merge, and manage structured and unstructured data to create robust and scalable analytical models. - Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers. - Build intuitive, user-friendly, and interactive scenario models and dashboards to support strategic decision-making. - Prepare and present insights through clear, compelling presentations and reports tailored to different stakeholder groups. - Develop end-to-end analytics solutions in Power BI, from data ingestion to visualization and storytelling. - Maintain a deep understanding of commercial KPIs and business performance metrics to ensure relevant analytics delivery. - Partner with cross-functional teams across regions and cultures in a virtual environment. Experience - 5-8 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles, preferably in a multinational or global environment. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including building advanced dashboards and DAX based measures. - Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis. - Proficient in Advanced Excel, including Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas. - Strong command of DAX, SQL, and working knowledge of Python for data transformation and automation. - Proven ability to communicate and present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including remote stakeholders. - Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and guide strategic decisions through evidence based insights. - Experience working in a culturally diverse and cross-regional team setting. - Experience integrating data from SAP systems in EXCEL/POWER BI. - Strong grasp of performance tuning and optimization techniques for data pipelines.
