What You Bring - Bachelor's in Business, MIS, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments. - Strong command of BPM tools (Visio, BPMN) and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). - Practical knowledge of AI/ML applications in business workflows. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical, detail-oriented, and driven by outcomes.
