Uphold Documentation Integrity/: You will actively communicate with providers and clinical staff through queries to clarify documentation, ensuring that the diagnosis coding is specific, complete, and meets the "MEAT" criteria for risk adjustment. Ensure Compliance and Quality/: You will maintain a consistently high coding accuracy rate and adhere strictly to all official coding guidelines, regulatory requirements, and client/-specific standards. Drive Audit Readiness/: You will prepare and organize documentation and coding records to ensure the organization is continually ready for internal audits and external payer audits, such as the Risk Adjustment Data Validation program.
