Blueprint Interpretation/: You 'll accurately read and interpret engineering blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications to ensure all work meets dimensional and quality requirements. Equipment Mastery/: You will set up, calibrate, and maintain TIG welding equipment, selecting appropriate tungsten, filler material, and shielding gas parameters for each specific job. Quality Assurance/: You 'll conduct thorough self/-inspections of welds to identify and correct imperfections, ensuring compliance with NDT standards before hand/-off to Quality Control. Safety &amp Compliance/: You will strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure optimal efficiency and hazard prevention.
