Job Description Job Description Job Title: Platinum Consultant ISU (Billing)-L4 Experience: 10+ Years Location: India Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview As a Platinum Consultant specializing in SAP ISU Billing, you will be responsible for leading complex utility billing projects, providing strategic guidance, and delivering high-impact solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design scalable billing processes, and ensure successful implementation and support. This senior-level role demands deep functional expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive innovation in SAP ISU Billing. Key Responsibilities - Lead SAP ISU Billing implementations, enhancements, and support engagements. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. - Configure and customize SAP ISU Billing processes including rate structures, billing cycles, invoicing, and integration with FICA. - Provide strategic consulting on billing optimization, regulatory compliance, and process automation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Device Management, CRM, EDM, FICA) to ensure seamless integration. - Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and UAT. - Troubleshoot complex billing issues and provide expert-level support. - Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building within the team. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with client expectations. Required Skills - Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP ISU with a strong focus on Billing. - In-depth knowledge of SAP ISU Billing configuration, rate determination, billing schema, and invoicing. - Strong understanding of integration with FICA, DM, and CRM modules. - Proven experience in handling large-scale utility billing projects. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - SAP ISU Billing certification (preferred). - Experience with S/4HANA Utilities or SAP Cloud Platform. - Exposure to international utility markets and regulatory frameworks.
