The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in ABAP programming along with proven expertise in SAP Fiori/UI5 application development. This role requires excellent communication skills in English with clear articulation and no mother tongue influence, as the position involves close collaboration with global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and support custom applications using SAP ABAP and Fiori/UI5 - Build and extend SAP Fiori apps using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 - Develop and maintain OData services via SAP Gateway for frontend integration - Work with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications - Create and enhance reports (ALV), BAPIs, BADIs, enhancements, user exits, forms (SmartForms, Adobe), and interfaces - Perform code optimization and ensure adherence to SAP development standards - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions - Work in both ECC and S/4HANA environments (if applicable) - Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation Required Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development - Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 app development - Strong understanding of OData services, SAP Gateway, and REST architecture - Experience with object-oriented ABAP (OO ABAP) and modern ABAP programming techniques - Hands-on experience with CDS Views, AMDP, and BOPF (for S/4HANA environments) - Experience with SAP module integration (MM, SD, FI, etc.) - Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and Eclipse ADT environment - Excellent communication skills in English with no mother tongue influence Preferred Qualifications: - SAP ABAP or SAP Fiori/UI5 Certification - Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects - Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori Elements, and SAP Launchpad configuration - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Get empowered by NTT DATA Business Solutions We transform.
