ARKO is the sixth largest convenience store operator in the United States, and operates more than 3,800 sites across its retail, wholesale, and fleet segments. Job Description: Position: Price Book Coordinator Reports to: Price Book Manger Job Summary: This position involves Pricebook entry in PDI, setting up new vendors, updating product information, setting up promotions for stores and understanding the Point of Sale (POS) interface. Will also troubleshoot store issues and provide Pricebook support. Duties and Responsibilities: - Inputs and maintains item level detail information in the PDI Enterprise Pricebook - Inputs new and updated item level pricing and monthly promotional activity from multiple vendors in Pricebook. - Maintains and cleans up Pricebook data; ensures regular upkeep of item information and discontinuing of old items. - Works daily with Operations, Accounting, Marketing and Vendor Partners. - Identifies, researches, and resolves problems through reporting and other means. - Ability to solve problems on the first call. - Escalate calls as needed. - Respond to all calls, email and personnel requests within the same day. - Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. - Maintain and support the retail price book. - Other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience: - PDI / Price Book, Marketing, and/or accounting experience a plus - Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) - Willing to learn store applications including PDI software - Strong organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up. - Excellent data entry & communication skills - Candidates must be articulate in verbal and written communications. - Candidates must be a team player and be flexible to changing assignments and direction. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Multi-tasking skills Job Requirements: - Ability to interact professionally at all levels - Dependability a must - Self-motivated - Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
