ANSR is hiring for one of its clients. About 4flow: Headquartered in Berlin, Germany, 4flow provides consulting, software and services for logistics and supply chain management. More than 1300 team members leverage their supply chain expertise and IT know-how to best serve their customers at 20+ locations around the world. 4flow develops and implements lean, agile and sustainable supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive cost savings for businesses worldwide. Their clients span across multiple high-impact industries including vehicle manufacturers and suppliers, consumer goods and retail, industrial machinery manufacturers, medical technology, basic materials, spare parts, renewable energy, high-tech and telecommunications, and logistics service providers (LSP). Manager Product Management As a Manager Product Management, you will take ownership of complex software initiatives, driving product strategy, feature definition, and cross-functional execution. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, scalable solutions aligned with customer and market needs. Tasks: - Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software products, from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations - Translate business needs into clear requirements engineering artifacts, such as feature specifications and user stories - Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery - Manage stakeholder expectations and foster alignment across departments - Apply a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to guide product planning and execution - Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data - Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to shape product vision - Promote a user-centered and agile mindset within the product team - Contribute to the evolution of internal product management practices and mentor junior team members Professional Requirements and Expertise: - 9+ years of experience in product management, IT project management, or requirements engineering, ideally within software development environments - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Proven track record of delivering complex digital products in cross-functional teams - Strong knowledge of the SDLC, agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and product discovery techniques - Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups and aligning them around a shared product vision - Familiarity with logistics or supply chain-related software is a plus - Domain experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Personal Skills: - Strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic thinker with a user-centered approach - Collaborative and open to feedback - Passion for continuous improvement and delivering customer value - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams - Genuine motivation to contribute to 4flow's success and alignment with company culture and values
