- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Quadient Inspire Designer/Developer to join our dynamic IT team
- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Quadient Inspire, a comprehensive customer communications management (CCM) platform
- The Senior Quadient Inspire Designer/Developer will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to create personalized and effective communication solutions

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with business analysts, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand communication needs and requirements
- Create and maintain templates, document layouts, and dynamic content in Quadient Inspire
- Implement variable data printing and multi-channel output solutions for personalized customer communications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Quadient Inspire solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Quadient Inspire with other enterprise systems and databases
- Stay current with Quadient Inspire updates, patches, and best practices, implementing upgrades as necessary
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Quadient Inspire designers/developers
