Required Skills & Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of nursing practices and patient care protocols. - Ability to observe, document, and report patient information accurately. - Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic approach to care. - Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with healthcare teams and interact with patients and families. - Awareness of medical procedures, medications, and hospital safety protocols. - Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions carefully.
