Job Description Your Role The Bank and Card Admin Specialist will be part of the Global Business Solutions (GBS), GBISC Pune. The role supports Atlas Copco Group globally in the administration of banking , corporate card and treasury systems, ensuring accurate and timely user management, compliance with Treasury guidlines, and optimization the processes. The position involves extensive interaction with banks, subsidiaries, global regions, and controlling teams. Main Responsibilities - Maintain (create, update, remove) users in banking and treasury systems - Administer the group credit card program and support in rollout activities - Complete user requests from subsidiaries accurately and on time - Stay updated on bank/treasury system administration portals and upgrades - Actively participate in bank administration projects to optimize processes - Produce user access audit reports for subsidiaries self-checks and follow-up - Ensure compliance with routines and controls defined by Treasury and local guidelines - Handle ad-hoc tasks as required To Succeed, You Will Need Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience (preferred) - 12 years experience in a treasury or finance role (open to recent graduates with relevant exposure) Technical & Professional Skills - Knowledge of treasury or finance operations - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments Personal Qualities - Self-driven, focused, and positive mindset - Strong team player with ability to act independently - Hands-on approach to day-to-day operations - Innovative thinker with an analytical approach - Good communication skills, fluency in English In Return, We Offer You - Plenty of opportunities to grow and develop. - A culture known for respectful interaction, ethical behavior and integrity. - Potential to see your ideas realized and to make an impact. - New challenges and new things to learn every day. - Access to global job opportunities, as part of the Atlas Copco Group. - An excellent remuneration package - Support for maintaining a healthy work-life balance, including vacation, personal, and sick time.
