Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with the CEO to design and implement growth strategies ensuring long-term business sustainability and scalability.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist with product ideation.
- Monitor industry trends, competition, and emerging markets to provide actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between the CEO's office and core departments, ensuring cohesive strategy execution.
- Partner with operations, finance, marketing, HR, and technology teams to analyze business performance and develop efficiency-enhancing strategies.
Market & Industry Analysis
- Stay updated on trends in the commercial real estate and co-working sectors to inform strategic decision-making.
- Design and manage supply-side strategies based on market insights and industry benchmarks.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to drive cost efficiency and elevate the customer experience.
- Create and manage financial models, dashboards, and analytics tools to support senior leadership and investor decision-making.
Project Management
- Lead and execute special projects assigned by the CEO, including process improvements, strategic initiatives, and operational enhancements.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
- 46 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related roles.
- Prior exposure to the commercial real estate or co-working industry is a plus.
Skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and presentation tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
