With this acquisition, Amazon merged two of India's most popular free AVOD (or ad-supported video on demand) services – MX Player and Amazon miniTV into one service - Amazon MX Player. We seek engineers who can help us shape and build Amazon MX Player.

A successful Quality Assurance Engineer will be obsessed with quality improvement, experienced and highly committed to creating world class automation for regression and feature testing, able to develop and drive a high-level test strategy, as well as take a hands-on approach to implementing that strategy. He / She will leverage AI to scale quality testing and drive stronger outcomes.

In this role, you will:
- Work with business and development teams to understand product vision and requirements
- Understand how all elements of the system software ecosystem work together and developing QA approaches that fit the overall strategy
- Be responsible for development of test strategies and creation of appropriate test harnesses
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans and monitoring and reporting on test execution
- Work with a team of quality engineering professionals to ensure the highest quality product delivery- 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience testing Web/Android/iOS technologies and back-end services
- Experience identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results with a strong QA background- Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control
- Experience preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals
- Experience transforming QA programs from manual to automation
- Experience testing Ads technologies
