Posting Description Job Title- GEOC APAC Regional LeaderPosition type- Full TimeWork Location- Bangalore Noida GurugramWorking style- HybridCab Facility- YesRequired education and certifications critical for the role-Any Graduate or Post-Graduate full time Required years of experience -10 year of relevant experienceAON IS IN THE BUSINESS OF BETTER DECISIONSAt Aon we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world As an organization we are committed as one firm to our purpose united through trust as one inclusive diverse team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the daily operations and deliverables of a cross regional team through the implementation of a follow the sun team schedule that guarantees service delivery objectives are met on a 24 7 365 basis backfilling vacant shift slots as needed Manage the regional execution of GEOC engagements and service level agreements for various stakeholder groups across the enterprise ensuring processes are followed objectives achieved and quality delivered Enhance team competency by answering technical and procedural questions for other regional leads and less experienced team members teaching improved processes and providing mentorship as required Accountable for quality control management of risks and escalations across the APAC team Using predefined trigger points assess and triage inbound information and deliver it to the applicable stakeholders and Incident Management Teams in a timely manner Ensure each step action items and deliverable are thoroughly documented during the incident management process Serve as the GEOCs primary point of contact for all high visibility situations that impact the firms people property and information across but not limited to the APAC region Assist the Global Head Global Emergency Operations Center and other GEOC Regional Leads with the development and application of internal Standard Operating Procedures and stakeholder engagement documents Work with the Global Head Global Emergency Operations Center as needed to ensure third-party vendors adhere to service delivery standards while offering the proper back-end support needed to optimize system capabilities Assist the Global Head Global Emergency Operations Center with any reporting or metrics requests on a monthly quarterly annual and ad-hoc basis as requested by Senior Leadership or key stakeholders Participate in the development and implementation of the GEOCs onboarding and training standards with the assistance of other GEOC regional leads and the Global Head Global Emergency Operations Center Together with the Global Head Global Emergency Operations Center you will work to develop awareness and build global stakeholder partnerships relating to the Emergency Communications platform Participate in the development and implementation of a global emergency mass notification testing strategy for the APAC colleagues and offices Provide expert level guidance for all matters concerning the global application and implementation of the Emergency Notification System Supervising and assisting the GEOC team in all life-cycle phases of the mass notification program to include standard emergency exercise and simulation notifications Work closely with Business Technology Resilience Corporate Real Estate Human Resources and other key stakeholders to support initiatives for physical location local leadership and colleague emergency contact collection methods Ability to analyze and process data required to develop and transmit critical emergency information to colleagues and key stakeholders alike via the appropriate communications channels HOW WE SUPPORT OUR COLLEAGUESIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package we are proud to be an equal opportunity workforce At Aon we believe a diverse workforce is an innovative workforce Our agile inclusive environment allows colleagues to manage their wellbeing and work life balance while empowering you to be your authentic self Furthermore all colleagues enjoy two Global Wellbeing Days each year encouraging them to take time to focus on themselves We offer a variety of workstyle options through our Smart Working model but we also recognize that flexibility goes beyond just the place of work and we are all for it Our continuous learning culture inspires and equips colleagues to learn share and grow helping them achieve their fullest potential As a result Aon colleagues are more connected more relevant and more valued LI-RK2 Aon
