Role Overview: We’re looking for a Growth Manager who can operate at the intersection of brand and performance — balancing analytical precision with creative excellence. You’ll be responsible for the full digital funnel: from mid-funnel acquisition and CRM-driven engagement to reputation management and website optimization. You will also play a key role in building internal alignment across teams to ensure brand consistency while driving measurable growth outcomes. Job Description: A marketer who can think like a strategist, act like a performance analyst, and create like a storyteller. You understand how brand perception and performance metrics work together to fuel sustainable growth. - Build and optimize the digital acquisition funnel through initiatives such as webinars, CRM journeys, and website enhancements. - Manage ORM and GMB channels to ensure reputation health and actionable feedback loops. - Partner with brand and creative teams to build high-performing campaigns that stay true to the brand voice. - Lead SEO project management and organic growth initiatives. - Improve digital assets (website, CRM, automation) to enhance conversion and customer experience. - Identify growth bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and deploy experiments that drive measurable impact on lead quality and cost efficiency. - Support internal brand communication to ensure consistent storytelling across teams. Mandatory Skills: - 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance management, or brand marketing (agency or in-house). - Strong analytical foundation with comfort in funnel analysis and campaign experimentation. - Creative sensibility — ability to evaluate ideas and content through a brand lens. - Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.G., WebEngage, MoEngage, HubSpot). - Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
