Heena Sales Service Engineer PAN India Company Agrifood Machinery Manufacturer Location Ambala Cantt Apply across PAN India Experience Fresher to 3 years Salary 15 000 - 30 000 per month as per experience About the Role Agrifood Machinery is a leading manufacturer of high-quality food processing equipment based in Ambala We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled B Sc Agriculture graduate to join our team as a Sales Service Engineer This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about modern agricultural technology and want to make an impact on the food processing industry in India The position involves extensive travel and direct engagement with clients and distributors nationwide Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development Identify and generate new leads for agricultural and food processing machinery across India Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients farmers food processors distributors etc Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and understanding their specific needs Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Technical Service and Support Provide on-site installation commissioning and training for our machinery Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment in a timely manner Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of machinery to ensure optimal performance Maintain detailed records of all service activities and customer interactions Market and Customer Analysis Gather market feedback to inform product development and improvement Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key clients and dealers Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients helping them choose the right machinery for their operations Skills and Qualifications Education B Sc M Sc Agriculture is mandatory Experience 0-3 years Freshers are welcome to apply training will be provided Experienced candidates with 1-3 years in agricultural machinery sales or service will be given preference Technical Skills Good understanding of agricultural practices and the food processing industry Basic knowledge of machinery operation maintenance and troubleshooting Proficiency in computer applications MS Office CRM software Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities A high degree of professionalism and customer-centric approach Willingness to travel extensively and work independently Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Language English Preferred License Certification B Sc Agriculture Required Work Location In person
