As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Territory Service Manager to join our family.
What Your Role Entails
As a Sales individual, you will drive the growth of our Chamber business in your assigned territory. You will take ownership of achieving company goals and targets while ensuring customers industrial testing and plant growth research needs are met effectively.
What You'll Do
- Customer Engagement & Requirement Analysis : You will coordinate with customers to understand their technical requirements, discuss applications, and assist in both technical and commercial aspects of the sales process through calls, emails, or site visits.
- Solution Development & Presentation : You will work with technical partners and internal teams to identify suitable solutions, prepare and finalize technical presentations, and offer solutions that meet customer needs.
- Order Finalisation & Negotiations: You will negotiate and finalize orders based on commercial and technical requirements, including experience with government bidding and techno-commercial communications.
- Sales Planning : You will generate leads for Environmental Test Chambers, Plant Growth Chambers, and Electrodynamic Vibration Shakers, plan weekly customer activities, meet timelines for offers, and ensure effective reporting.
- Reporting & Documentation : You will prepare weekly, monthly, and visit reports and submit them to the Sales Manager as per defined timeline
Your success is grounded in
- Educational Background: You should hold a BE or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: A proven track record of 5-10 years in service management and a passion for electro-mechanical machinery is essential.
- Technical Acumen: Your ability to understand technical aspects quickly will set you apart.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must, as you'll be addressing diverse challenges.
- Industry Insight: Experience with Capital Equipment and material testing will be a valuable bonus.
- Effective Communicator: We need a strong negotiator and communicator who can build rapport and influence decisions.
Where you'll be
This role is based in Delhi, India and will involve handling the North Zone.
