Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Associate for our Ahmedabad office. As a mid-level professional in our dynamic team, your primary goal will be to drive sales and expand our client base within the IT sector. This is a full-time role demanding a strategic approach to market positioning through lead generation and efficient sales techniques.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proficiency in lead generation to identify potential clients effectively and convert them into opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Strong IT sales skills to promote and sell cutting-edge digital solutions to prospective clients (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in strategic planning for developing long-term goals and identifying key actions to drive growth (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with customer relationship management to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Account management skills to develop and nurture long-term client relationships through management of performance.
- Proven negotiation skills to secure advantageous deals that satisfy both client and company objectives.
- B2B sales expertise to effectively engage with other businesses and foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Understanding of go-to-market strategies to effectively position and launch products or services into the marketplace.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends for potential growth.
- Generate leads through various channels and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and support.
- Present and demonstrate the value of IT solutions and services to prospective clients through strategic pitches.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company policies and goals.
- Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring client needs are met and service delivery is optimized.
