Your Role

As a WLAN Developer you will be responsible for developing and optimizing wireless connectivity components across embedded and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, standards-compliant WLAN solutions.

In this role, you will:

- Design, implement, and optimize WLAN firmware and driver components based on IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
- Develop and maintain wireless connectivity stacks and protocol layers (MAC, PHY)
- Integrate WLAN solutions into embedded systems or mobile platforms (e.g., Android/Linux)
- Analyze and resolve wireless performance issues, latency problems, and interference
- Support test and validation efforts using tools like Wireshark, protocol analyzers, and signal generators
- Contribute to debugging and troubleshooting of wireless communication issues in complex environments
- Stay current with evolving WLAN technologies, standards, and regulatory compliance

Your Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields
- 4+ years of experience in WLAN firmware and driver development
- Strong programming skills in C/C++
- Hands-on experience with Linux kernel, device driver development, and networking subsystems
- Knowledge of wireless standards including 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax
- Familiarity with Hostapd, wpa_supplicant, or similar open-source Wi-Fi stacks
- Proficiency in using wireless debugging and analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, Omnipeek)
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
