Join us in helping leading technology organizations unlock the value of wireless innovation and drive scalable, high-performance connectivity solutions.Your RoleAs a WLAN Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and optimizing wireless connectivity solutions for embedded platforms. You’ll work closely with hardware and software teams to develop robust WLAN stacks, troubleshoot performance issues, and contribute to next-generation wireless technologies.In this role, you will:Design, implement, and optimize WLAN firmware and driver components based on IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax).Develop and maintain wireless connectivity stacks and protocol layers (MAC, PHY).Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate WLAN solutions into embedded systems or mobile platforms (e.g., Android/Linux).Analyze and resolve wireless performance issues, latency problems, and interference.Support test and validation efforts using tools like Wireshark, protocol analyzers, and signal generators.Contribute to debugging and troubleshooting of wireless communication issues in complex environments.Keep up to date with evolving WLAN technologies, standards, and regulatory compliance.Your Profile5–12 years of experience in WLAN firmware and driver development.Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems.Deep understanding of wireless protocols and networking fundamentals.Experience with Linux kernel, device drivers, and Android HAL.Familiarity with RF testing tools and wireless analyzers.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.What You’ll Love About Working HereWe value flexibility and support our employees with remote work options and adaptable schedules to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Our inclusive culture brings together diverse professionals committed to growth, innovation, and excellence.You’ll have access to continuous learning opportunities and certifications in emerging technologies like wireless, embedded systems, and connectivity standards.About UsAt Capgemini, we bring together a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects to help the world’s most innovative companies unleash their potential.
