A Quality Civil Manager- For a 330kV electrical project oversees the quality of civil construction work ensuring adherence to specifications safety standards and project requirements - This involves managing the quality control program coordinating with contractors performing inspections and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards Quality Management System QMS Implementation - Implement and maintain the QMS ensuring it aligns with project requirements and industry best practices QA QC Planning - Develop and implement detailed QA QC plans for the project including specific checklists and procedures Contractor Vendor Evaluation - Evaluate and select contractors and vendors based on their quality capabilities and compliance with requirements Material Equipment Quality - Oversee the quality of materials and equipment used in the civil construction work ensuring they meet specifications Design Review - Review design documents and engineering drawings providing inputs related to quality and ensuring adherence to standards Site Inspections Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work identify any deviations from plans and take corrective action Non-Conformity Management - Manage non-conforming reports NCRs ensuring timely closure and implementation of corrective actions Documentation - Maintain and manage all QA QC documentation including reports test results and inspection records Training - Provide training to construction personnel on quality procedures and standards Communication and Coordination - Communicate with stakeholders including project managers engineers and contractors to ensure alignment on quality goals
