Jiaxing AFT Manufacturing Co. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Manager who is passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, customer quality specification compliance and satisfaction. We are looking for the right person with a positive attitude along with excellent communication and people skills. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in managing our quality system under ISO 9001 standards at our production site.

Your Responsibilities:

Quality ISO 9001

- Maintain and improve the quality management system (ISO 9001).
- Support the execution of internal and external audits.
- Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and quality training.
- Assist production teams and inspectors in resolving quality issues.
- Supervise the Quality Engineer.

Customer and Sales Support

- Analyze customer complaints and warranty returns.
- Collaborate with application engineers and customer service.
- Keep complaint statistics up to date in our CRM system (FisherSolve).

You are :

- A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Known for being dynamic, versatile, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Capable to effectively communicate in Chinese and English.
- Recognized for your rigor and attention to detail.
- Skilled in using computer tools, effective communication, and writing, fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
- Available for occasional travel to customer sites and other AFT business locations.
