Position Summary Level: Manager Work You'll Do: As a Manager for Microsoft 365 Security Consulting, you will lead teams and client engagements, guiding organizations through the complexities of securing their Microsoft 365 environments. You will play a pivotal role in shaping client security strategies, overseeing the delivery of complex projects, and contributing to Deloitte's business growth through RFPs and proposal development. Your expertise will help clients migrate from legacy and third-party tools to the Microsoft security stack, optimize their security operations, and realize the full value of their Microsoft investments. This will include: The Team Enterprise Security teams embed security in all aspects of digital transformation by securing a client's technical backbone while also enabling secure digital transformation. Services include security architecture, secure development and deployment, end-to-end cyber cloud capabilities, application security, and security for emerging technologies and connected products. Examples of work include Secure by Design, Cloud Security Orchestration & Automation, Core Infrastructure Security, and Secure Software Enablement. Deloitte Cyber team helps complex organizations more confidently pursue their growth, innovation and performance agendas through proactive management of the associated cyber risks. Our professionals provide advisory and implementation services that integrate risk, regulatory, and technology skills to help clients transform their legacy programs into proactive Secure.Vigilant.Resilient. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications - Experience mentoring and developing technical teams, fostering a high-performance culture. - Microsoft Security Copilot - Defender for Vulnerabilities - Defender for Identity - Defender XDR - SCCM - Power Platform Good to Have Skills/Certifications Education - Btech/ BS/BA/MS/Mtech Degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, or Information Technology.
