We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor & Client Banking Details Verification Specialist to join our Master data management team. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and security of vendor banking information through direct phone validation in #French, #German or# Spanish. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance or vendor management, with strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy, compliance and security.
Conduct outbound calls to Vendors & Clients to verify and update their banking details. · Ensure all vendor information is collected, verified, and recorded accurately in the database. · Accurately complete Vendor & Client onboarding/modification form · Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all vendors’ financial information. · Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements related to vendor data management and financial transactions. · Work closely with the finance and procurement departments to resolve discrepancies in vendor/client information. · Provide feedback to improve verification processes and systems based on interactions and challenges encountered. · Proactively educate Vendors & Clients on the importance of secure data management practices and compliance with financial regulations.

·Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues both at an interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment. · Actively maintain communication and behaviour standards that foster a culture of strong customer and service excellence both within Shared Service Centre and across all customer and supplier organisations.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call centre (Voice process), finance, or vendor management role. · Fluent in French or German or Spanish, ability to efficiently communicate in those language in person and by phone is a must. Necessary language certificate is a must. Additional knowledge of Arabic is a plus. · Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in making clear and effective phone calls. · Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Experience with SAP and financial management software is preferred.
