Responsibilities-

- Conduct outbound calls to Vendors & Clients to verify and update their banking details.
- Ensure all vendor information is collected, verified, and recorded accurately in the database.
- Accurately complete Vendor & Client onboarding/modification form
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all vendors’ financial information.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements related to vendor data management and financial transactions.
- Work closely with the finance and procurement departments to resolve discrepancies in vendor/client information.
- Provide feedback to improve verification processes and systems based on interactions and challenges encountered.

Proactively educate Vendors & Clients on the importance of secure data management practices and compliance with financial regulations.

Qualification-

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call centre (Voice process), finance, or vendor management role.
- Fluent in French or German or Spanish, ability to efficiently communicate in those language in person and by phone is a must. Necessary language certificate is a must. Additional knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in making clear and effective phone calls.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with SAP and financial management software is preferred.
