Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) Experience: 2-5 years Working Days: Monday to Friday About Loopify We’re a corporate gifting partner to top brands like Google, Microsoft, Tata Power, Shell, and Asian Paints and more. We craft story-driven hampers with premium local products, zero-plastic packaging, and a seamless experience. What You’ll Do Identify and onboard new vendors for products, packaging, and materials. Coordinate with sales, design, and logistics teams for smooth and timely procurement. Request and compare supplier quotations; process purchase orders efficiently. Maintain supplier database and develop a supplier rating system. Suggest cost-saving or alternative sourcing ideas. Collaborate with suppliers and QA to resolve product or packaging quality issues. Monitor defective stock at the warehouse; ensure timely returns and replenishments. Explore innovative, eco-friendly packaging ideas. Support finance with invoice tracking, vendor payments, and provisioning. You’re Perfect If You Have 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or buying. Speak fluent Hindi (you’ll need it to charm suppliers). Are self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive under deadlines. Don’t mind occasional travel to supplier locations. Love working in a fast-moving, purpose-driven team.
