Job Description Description We are looking for a dedicated QHSE Manager to join Amrut Hospitality Services LLP in Ahmedabad. As the QHSE Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, health, safety, and environmental standards are met across our facilities services projects. Your work will be vital in maintaining compliance, reducing risks, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing the implementation of QHSE policies, conducting audits, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and providing training to staff members. The QHSE Manager at Amrut Hospitality Services LLP will have the opportunity to lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of safety and quality within the organization. Responsibilities - Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in QHSE performance. - Provide training to employees on QHSE practices and protocols. - Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, and implement corrective actions. - Collaborate with project teams to integrate QHSE requirements into project plans. - Monitor and report on key QHSE performance indicators. - Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in QHSE management. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or Quality Management. - Proven experience in QHSE management, preferably in the facilities services industry. - Knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 45001, or equivalent will be an advantage. - Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement. - Key Responsibilities - Policy & System Development - Formulate and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs. - Ensure compliance with local laws, international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001), and client requirements. - Risk Management & Compliance - Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and environmental impact analysis. - Ensure statutory compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Liaise with regulatory bodies and auditors. - Monitoring & Reporting - Track and report on HSE performance indicators (accidents, incidents, near misses, LTIs). - Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective and preventive measures. - Training & Awareness - Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and refresher training. - Promote awareness of safe working practices and environmental protection. - Emergency Preparedness - Develop and implement emergency response and disaster management plans. - Conduct regular fire drills, evacuation drills, and emergency exercises. - Environmental Management - Monitor waste management, pollution control, and sustainability practices. - Implement energy-saving, waste reduction, and resource optimization programs. - Team Leadership - HSE officers and site safety supervisors. - Drive safety culture improvement initiatives. - Key Skills and Competencies: - In-depth knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and best practices. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis. - interested candidates can share their resume on [Confidential Information] and connect on +918511147672
