Sales Manager Staffing & Licensing | NCR /Bangalore Region

About the Role:
We seek a dynamic and well-connected sales manager with IT staffing and licensed sales expertise. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of closing 4-5 crore annually exclusively through staffing and licensing deals, with a deep understanding of the domestic and local market.
This role requires strong networking skills, the ability to leverage personal connections to generate business, and a people-friendly approach in collaborating with partners like UiPath, Liferay, etc.. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales across North India / South India, working exclusively with captive firms and large MNCswe do not engage with government sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through staffing (not project sales) and licensing deals.
- Leverage personal network to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with captive firms and MNCs.
- Collaborate closely with technology partners like UiPath, Liferay, etc. to enhance business opportunities.
- Execute extensive travel across North India to meet clients and partners.
- Work cohesively with internal teams to align sales strategies and business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in IT staffing sales (4-5 Cr annual closures).
- Strong knowledge of the domestic and NCR market.
- Excellent networking skills the ability to acquire business through connections.
- Pleasant personality with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Flexible for travel post-lockdown.
- Local to NCR (No relocation support available).
- Experience working with captive firms, and large MNCsnot the government sector.
