Recent graduates and those new to formal teaching are strongly encouraged to applyWhat You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)Your role is to be a facilitator of fun and learning, not just a lecturer.Facilitate Hands-On Lessons: Lead small groups of young children through engaging STEM activities, including - building simple machines, introductory robotics, Block based and beginner coding,  fun science experiments.Encourage Inquiry and Problem Solving: Guide Students  to ask “Why?” and “What if?”  and support them in exploring concepts through experimentation and creative thinking.Manage the Classroom: Create a safe, supportive , and collaborative learning environment.
