Job Summary: An ERP Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions to streamline and integrate business processes across departments such as finance, procurement, manufacturing, sales, inventory, and human resources. The role involves working closely with business users to understand their requirements, translate them into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users to maximize the ERP system’s effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:1. ERP Implementation & Configuration Analyze business processes and identify areas for ERP automation and improvement Customize and configure ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, HR, etc.) as per organizational needs Collaborate with developers and third-party vendors during system installation and upgrades Conduct system testing, data migration, and validation to ensure smooth go-live 2. User Support & Training Provide ongoing support to ERP users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system errors Develop user manuals, FAQs, and training materials Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve user proficiency Gather feedback to improve system usability and functionality 3. Process Optimization & Reporting Analyze ERP data to generate management reports and business insights Suggest process improvements leveraging ERP capabilities Work with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to align ERP workflows with business goals Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and data security guidelines 4.
