Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, prepare MIS reports, and maintain accurate financial records.

The right candidate will be proficient in Zoho Books and Advanced Excel with a strong understanding of accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support business decision-making.
- Assist in preparing financial statements in line with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain documentation and data integrity in Zoho Books.
- Perform timely account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- Mandatory proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Office (especially Advanced Excel).
- Working knowledge of MIS reporting and financial statement preparation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
