Job Description:
ViralKraft is looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Manager of PPC & Digital Marketing to join our team and drive exceptional performance for our clients. This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads , Meta (Facebook/Instagram) , and implementing SEO strategies to ensure successful, scalable campaigns that meet client goals. As part of a fast-paced, high-impact team, you will work remotely from India, with evening and night shifts. You'll have the opportunity to apply your expertise to drive growth, improve digital presence, and maximize ROI for a variety of clients.

Responsibilities:

• PPC Management : Lead and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, from setup to optimization, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.

• SEO : Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings for client websites.

• Campaign Optimization : Perform A/B testing, keyword research, and detailed performance analysis for continuous campaign improvement.

• Client Strategy : Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, develop tailored digital marketing strategies, and deliver results.

• Data Analysis & Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.

• Hands-on Execution : This is a hands-on role where you'll be directly involved in the execution of digital marketing campaigns. You should be comfortable working with various digital marketing tools to perform tasks from start to finish.

• Cross-Platform Campaign Management : Manage and optimize campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) platforms.

• Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate with other teams (content, design, and strategy) to ensure a unified approach to each campaign.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (6-8 years) in PPC management (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO (on-page, off-page).

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

• Strong understanding of SEO strategies , keyword research, technical SEO, and website optimization.

• Expertise in Google Analytics , Google Search Console , and other analytics tools to analyze performance and derive insights.

• Ability to manage and optimize campaigns in real-time, making data-driven decisions.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain complex campaign strategies and performance metrics to clients.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with conversion tracking , remarketing , and retargeting strategies .

• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a passion for digital marketing.

• Ability to work in evening and night shifts (IST) from home.
