Position :- Test Automation Engineer – Web Development

Location: Bangalore

Help leading organizations build sustainable, inclusive digital futures.Your RoleAs a Test Automation Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of robust automated testing frameworks for modern web applications. You’ll work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through agile methodologies and cutting-edge automation tools.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Cypress, Selenium, and Cucumber.Apply BDD (Behavior Driven Development) principles to enhance collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for seamless end-to-end testing
- Collaborate with developers and product owners in Agile environments to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility through comprehensive web browser automation.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Your Profile

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, and Cucumber.
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and end-to-end testing practices.
- Experience in web application testing and web development environments.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable test scripts and mentor junior testers.
- Familiarity with programming languages, software development, and information technology principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
