Job Description To handle the Supplier Development and Qualification Process, Product Development and Qualification Process, Monitoring the Performance of the Suppliers and Drive for Improvements and Handling of Supplier Related Quality Issues (at GVRI and from the Field) and Resolving the same at the Dispenser (Domestic and Export), STP and TRJ Assembly. Key Responsibilities: - Qualify the Suppliers based on Vontier Requirements (Approved Supplier > 80%) - Qualify the Electronics Commodity Parts (FAI and VPQP) with First Time Right by 100% Reduce the Quality Complaints and Rejections of Electronics Commodity Suppliers by - Improve the Electronics Commodity Suppliers Performance into Preferred Category (Preferred Supplier > 85%) Education & Experience: The ideal candidate will have Total Experience in years : Around 10 Years Graduation/ Degree : B.E Electronics Engineer Post-Graduation/ PGDM : Nil Mandatory Certifications Required: Nil Other preferred courses/ certifications: Quality Tools, Six Sigma, PPAP and IPC 610 Etc,. Background and Skills: - This candidate should have the core experience in the Quality Function from the EMS Manufacturing Industries. Should have a hands-on experience in Supplier Evaluation and Qualification, Parts Development and Qualification and - Resolving the Quality Complaints (Internal and Field through 8D, 7 QC Tools and Six Sigma Etc.,) and Conduct the Process Audit at the EMS Suppliers Facility and drive for the necessary process improvements etc,. in the Electronics Commodity. - Should have a good communication skills since this candidate profile primarily work with the Suppliers (Domestic and Import), Global Engineering and Product Management Team Etc,. - Committed and Self-Driven Team Player Should have the experience in handle the reporting team members effectively Who Is Gilbarco Veeder-root Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, is the worldwide technology leader for retail and commercial fueling operations, offering the broadest range of integrated solutions from the forecourt to the convenience store and head office.
