Role Summary
We are hiring dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Interns to join our high-growth team. As a key part of our sales function, you&aposll be the bridge between our product and the customerinitiating conversations, researching potential leads, and closing opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, fluent in English, and familiar with ChatGPT tools.
Success in this role looks like consistent communication with leads, strong research and outreach efforts, and meeting weekly targets with a proactive, professional approach.
- ResponsibilitiesEngage daily with potential clients and leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Conduct research on target companies and decision-makers before outreach
- Use tools like ChatGPT to draft professional communication and personalize pitches
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and client interactions
- Collaborate with the HR teams to improve lead conversion
- Attend all training sessions provided to stay aligned with the sales process
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead engagement goals
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
- QualificationsExcellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong confidence and ability to speak professionally with clients and founders
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI writing tools (training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of sales outreach and lead generation (bonus, not mandatory)
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and target-driven mindset
- Must be available full-time during the internship period
