We are seeking an R D and NPD- Rubber Technologist to develop new rubber compounds and mats improve existing formulations and support manufacturing processes to meet international quality standards This role requires strong knowledge of polymers hands-on experience in product development and the ability to run and maintain an R D lab Key Responsibilities Develop and test new rubber compounds and mats improve existing formulations Conduct lab experiments analytical testing and performance evaluations Support manufacturing in scaling up formulations and solving production issues Ensure compliance with international quality and environmental standards Collaborate with R D Manufacturing Sales and QA QC teams to deliver innovative cost-effective products Strong knowledge in compund mixing and formulation Requirements Strong knowledge of rubber compounding polymers and additives Hands-on experience in mixing processing and testing rubber products Familiarity with ASTM ISO or BIS standards Analytical detail-oriented and innovative mindset with strong teamwork skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Ability to commute relocate Changanacherry Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Diploma Required Experience R D and NPD in Polymer Field 2 years Required Language Malayalam Required Work Location In person
