Who You Are (skills And Experience) - A PhD in a Systems Engineering with a focus on test and evaluation, or closely related discipline, plus relevant work experience. - Demonstrated experience in teaching and learning design using a range of pedagogical approaches, educational technologies and learning design, development and delivery of courses and programs, at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level. - Demonstrated experience in engaging and inspiring students from diverse backgrounds. - Demonstrated track record in research and HDR student supervision with high-quality and high impact outcomes with clear evidence of the desire and ability to continually achieve research excellence as well as the capacity for research leadership. - Demonstrated ability to work in a team, collaborate across disciplines and build effective relationships with the profession and industry. Evidence of highly developed communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to network effectively and interact with a diverse range of students and staff.
