Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on demonstrations in OBG Nursing.Supervise clinical postings in labor wards, antenatal/postnatal units, and OBG OPDs.Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and clinical modules aligned with INC standards.Mentor students in maternal health, gynecological care, and neonatal nursing.Conduct case study discussions, research projects, and viva sessions.Guide students in simulation labs and real-time labor room scenarios.Ensure adherence to patient safety, clinical hygiene, and ethical guidelines.Participate in academic audits, faculty meetings, and student counseling sessions.
