FunctionOperationsPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs a Section Head you will be part of the Project Engineering team and will report to Head -NPD Plastic Frame The main purpose of your role will be to lead the Planning Execution of new models by providing in-plant infrastructure within proposed budget in coordination with various interdepartmental intradepartmental sections areas across the HMCL plants A purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include but not limited to 1 Basic Planning Coordination from Operations side to introduce new models across HMCL Plants Prepare mfg strategy Budget Dev Schedule for new models till execution in the plants Planning for Resources to introduce new model Study Impact of new model introduction on existing mfg infrastructure Coordination with Projects CIT S D NMC Plant team to execute above activities 2 Support R D in Part design finalization considering Mfg inputs from each area for new MP models Before Die Go Conclude counter measures for Base Model issues Proto Evaluation to give input related to mfg Coordinate with R D VD to conclude design related issues in new model parts Lead in various Digital Physical mock up assy at CIT Continuous tracking the progress till BDG 3 New Model Development Activity Tracking Schedule monitoring Prepare master schedule for each model to track the inplant development and monitor throughout the project Periodically presentation meetings to plant new model team members to update follow the new model dev schedule Gate Presentation update reporting to management about development in progress Prepare mitigation plan if any delay in project schedule deviation in std 4 New Initiatives Support in Other projects short term projects as per business requirement or interim changes in business plan Leap Projects Cost Initiative Projects Introduction transfer of any model in different plant 5 Ensure closure of problems observed during pilot Trials PTS raising in the system Discussion of PTS among CFT members Timely closing and tracking of PTS Trials of the solutions proposed A Day in the lifeLead the Planning Execution of new models by providing in-plant infrastructure within proposed budget in coordination with various interdepartmental intradepartmental sections areas across the HMCL plants Academic Qualification ExperienceB-Tech in Mechanical MBA is added advantage 10 -15years of experienceTechnical Skills Knowledge-In-depth knowledge of Automotive Engine Vehicle Assy - Hands on experience working on PLM M S Office CATIA - Good Understanding of financials business plan Budgeting - Exposure of working in various manufacturing shops Paint engine frame weld press assy etc -
