About EvernorthEvernorth Health Services a division of The Cigna Group NYSE CI creates pharmacy care and benefits solutions to improve health and increase vitality We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction prevention and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people About Evernorth Evernorth Health Services a division of The Cigna Group NYSE CI creates pharmacy care and benefits solutions to improve health and increase vitality We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction prevention and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people Role Title QA Testing Analyst Responsibilities Design develop and implement test automation for the testing of software product Define test process including required test activities deliverables and test schedule Understand how changes impact work upstream and downstream including various back end and front-end architectural modules Closely interact with both onsite and offshore team members The onsite and offshore interactions include scrum team members Scrum masters developers Product Owners and QA at onsite and offshore Define test data conditions and partners and works closely with Data team to obtain the data Actively participate in all phases of testing In sprint functional testing integration testing and regression Develop and execute comprehensive suites of automation test plans test cases for inclusion in regression automation for newly integrated features and development of tool sets to augment QA and Development testing Business requirement analysis test design defect logging and tracking Actively engage in defect reporting and triaging Experience Required Minimum experience 2 years in automation testing Agile Experience Must have 2 Years Experience Desired Actual hands-on experience in programming with Javascript and Typescript Experience with Selenium and or Cypress Deep understanding on Git CI CD pipeline terminologies Working experience with API automation frameworks Experience with API virtualization or mocking CA DevTest Parasoft Virtualize WireMock or Hoverfly Deep experience with Docker Containers and Images Primary Skills Healthcare Selenium with Java and Cucumber BDD Framework JIRA Test Tool Management Healthcare Testing Agile experience Additional Skills Contribute to the vision for the ongoing evolution of automation approach including any tool or framework changes to ensure ongoing improvement Identify and implement improvements within the automation process streamlining the delivery of automation on an ongoing basis to provide faster feedback to developers Responsible for E2E orchestration of test cases for parallel test execution in CICD pipeline Develop deep expertise in the application s assigned for automation and apply that knowledge in developing more effective automation solutions and troubleshooting issues that arise Execute automation scripts as needed Resolve test automation script framework defects implement change requests Participate in test automation tools methodology best practices training Responsible for E2E Integration testing for a given application s by effectively coordinating with multiple service providers and navigating across the organization
