Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Contracting Manager to manage hotel partnerships and contracting across Thailand, Dubai, Bali, Singapore, and Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international markets, a strong supplier network, and proven negotiation skills to secure the best value and inventory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and on board hotel partners across the assigned international regions Negotiate competitive rates, exclusive offers, and value-added services Manage seasonal rate sheets, contract terms, and allocation agreements Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel suppliers Ensure timely contract renewals and compliance with internal standards Monitor and evaluate hotel performance and service levels Collaborate with internal teams to align supply with client demand Conduct destination visits to develop partnerships and explore new hotels Analyse pricing trends and competitor strategies to stay competitive Requirements: 46 years of experience in hotel contracting or travel procurement Strong supplier network and market understanding of Southeast Asia and the Middle East Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Deep understanding of FIT and group travel products Strong grasp of seasonal pricing, contract structures, and rate formats Willingness to travel extensively across regions Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and contract management platforms Preferred Qualities: Background in B2B travel or OTA Multilingual communication skills are a plus Commercially driven, detail-oriented, and proactive
