The RSM - North will report to the Director of Sales and will grow business across the Automotive and Industrial markets demonstrating strong leadership and strategic direction for our customers The RSM - North will be responsible for the following Sales Growth Delivery Achieve annual sales objectives and drive profitable trading agreements Key Account Management Develop account plans lead quarterly reviews with POS insights and ensure customer KPIs are consistently met New Business Development Identify growth opportunities launch new products and execute promotional initiatives to expand market share Customer Stakeholder Engagement Strengthen multi-level customer relationships and collaborate across functions to deliver channel strategies and long-term growth Opportunity to lead a high performing sales team Opportunity to work with a global player The successful candidate will have the following 5 years of experience in strategic sales account management with proven success in developing and managing accounts Experience in identifying opportunities building customer networks and driving new business across industries Experience in sales distribution preferably in chemicals lubricants industrial consumables or allied products Our client is a global leader in specialty chemicals for maintenance repair and operations MRO offering a comprehensive portfolio tailored to diverse industries including automotive industrial electronics marine and more Opportunity to lead a high performing sales team Opportunity to work with a global player
