About CompanyInterior Company is a subsidiary of Square Yards Indias largest real estate platform Square Yards is Indias top-notch seller of new homes with offices in 30 Cities across 9 countries Run by a group of talented professionals driven by the passion for interior designing a frenzy for art and aesthetics and large doses of caffeine running in their veins Interior Company brings to you a hassle-free interior designing experience and white glove services We listen to your preferences top it up with our expertise and replicate your personality in your home dcor We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales executive to join our team in the interior design section who has excellent communication skills and a proven track record in Sales The ideal candidate will engage client and will generate interest towards the home dcor services provided by your in-house interior team You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients understanding their needs and presenting tailored design solutions by inviting them to visit our experience centre Experience range 0-3 years open for fresher candidates holding good communication skills and passion towards Sales Job Overview Job Location Mumbai - Andheri - EastPreference - Female Candidates preferredKey Responsibilities Client Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Understand their needs and preferences to offer tailored design solutions from our interior designers Sales Strategy Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly Market Research Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and customer preferences to effectively position our services Collaboration Work closely with the design team to ensure client visions are accurately captured and executed Follow-Up Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction gather feedback and identify new opportunities for business Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipeline status and client interactions in the CRM system Qualifications skills Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field Excellent skills in communication Strong understanding of business module Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite A passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics What We Offer Competitive salary and commission structure Opportunities for professional development and training A creative and collaborative work environment To note This job is 80 Desk job and 20 Field JobSkill setExcellent communication skillsEngage client and generate interestIdentify potential clients probe to invite them to visit our experience center
