Job Description Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in Pune, India, is for an AWS Technical Manager. The AWS Technical Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of AWS cloud solutions, leading the technical team to deliver high-quality services. Responsibilities include managing projects, providing technical support, conducting research and development activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and solve complex problems. - Team Management experience with the ability to lead diverse teams and foster collaboration. - Technical Support expertise to address issues effectively and ensure seamless AWS operations. - Capable of driving Research and Development (R&D) initiatives to innovate and improve cloud solutions. - Project Management skills to plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget. - A solid understanding of AWS architecture, services, and best practices is highly desirable. - Strong communication skills to interact with teams and stakeholders effectively. - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required. - Led AWS infrastructure initiatives, Agile teams, and project delivery while mentoring team members. - Drove Agile ceremonies and collaborated on technical roadmaps and architecture. - Designed and managed secure AWS environments (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, RDS). - Automated infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Jenkins, and GitLab CI. - Managed CI/CD pipelines, UAT, and production monitoring for high availability. - Ensured compliance with MFA, encryption, and vulnerability management standards. - Optimized cloud costs through automated resource scheduling and cleanup. - Delivered large-scale AWS migrations and automation projects. - Improved reliability and reduced costs through CI/CD and optimization. - Enabled Kubernetes-based container management for faster deployments Certifications - AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional (SAP-C02), AWS Security Specialty, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional
