Worked in GRC 2. SOX Audits 3. Role Creation/Modifications 4. Operation Support, MEC/YEC & MTP Activities 5. Shifts include APJ, EMEA & AMS 6. At least one end to end S4 HANA implementation Good-to-Have 1. Strong business process knowledge and ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes. 2. Experience with SAP implementation methodologies and modern software development methodologies 3. Worked for Upgrade 4. Script Writing 5. Automation of Audit Requirements 6. Working for Service Now & Also any Integration between Service now & GRC Tool 7. ABAP & Some Cross Functional Knowledge. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role - Must have effective communication skills which the incumbent should use in clearly articulating the technical process knowledge to the business community. - Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent consulting skills, Demonstrated leader, Self-confident - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements - Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude adaptability, - flexibility and resourcefulness - Flexible attitude to work in shifts and extending office hours if required
