Job Description TCS hiring for SAP Security and GRC Consultant Experience Range: 5- 10 Years Location: Hyderabad/Chennai Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education Must-Have SAP Security & GRC Access Control. Hands-on implementation and support expertise across SAP GRC 10.x / 12.x, with deep understanding of SoD risk analysis, role design, audit controls, and compliance management. Strong knowledge of ARA (Access Risk Analysis), EAM (Emergency Access Management), ARM (Access Request Management), BRM (Business Role Management).. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role - Lead SAP GRC implementation and support projects (primarily GRC Access Control: ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM). - Design and implement role-based access control models aligned with business and compliance requirements. - Perform SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis, risk rule set configuration, and remediation planning. - Conduct GRC upgrades and manage application patches and support packs. - Interface with auditors, compliance officers, and internal teams to manage access risk. - Provide support in SAP User Administration, authorization issues, and firefighter access. - Implement continuous control monitoring and mitigation strategies. - Collaborate with SAP Basis, Audit, and Business teams for end-to-end access governance.
