Stakeholder Engagement - Worked closely with Finance Secretaries, Treasury Directors, State IT Departments, and World Bank/ADB teams. - Conducted training workshops for 1,000+ government staff to ensure system adoption. 1. Technology Oversight - Supervised deployment of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or bespoke IFMIS solutions). - Drove integration with payment gateways, GSTN, PFMS, and RBI systems. - Oversaw vendor management, SLAs, and system performance. 1. Governance & Risk Management - Handled multi-crore program budgets with international funding (World Bank/UNDP/ADB). - Ensured audit readiness, data security, and compliance with IT Acts. - Managed risks related to change management and digital transformation. 1.
